Qualifications

• Active state licensure and/or BCaBA certification required.

• Leadership and clinical judgment skills essential for program oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including e-sign and post-hire forms is completed accurately.
• Mentor and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards per licensure and certification requirements.
