The role requires strong clinical judgement and organizational leadership to uphold PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

Required credentials include active state licensure and/or a BCaBA certification or higher. Additional state-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure required or equivalent compliance with local regulations.
• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher preferred.
• State-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
