PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high quality service delivery across assigned clients in California. You will ensure continuity of care, lead regional teams, and uphold PBS standards in all clinical and operational activities.

Formación

• Program Managers must hold active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher.
• Additional state specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
