Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee program delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team growth. You will coordinate with regional teams, mentor staff, and uphold clinical and ethical standards in line with licensure requirements.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure required in accordance with local regulations.
• BCaBA certification or higher preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Monitor and mentor supervisees and support professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards aligned with licensure and certification.
