Job summary

Intercare Therapy is seeking a Program Manager to lead field operations and supervise ABA programs for children with autism in Elk Grove, CA.

You will supervise BIs, develop clinical programs, and train caregivers while maintaining a flexible schedule that may include weekends. A Bachelor's degree and ABA credentials or coursework are required, with a strong emphasis on leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, plus ABA coursework or equivalent experience.
• Two years of experience designing or implementing ABA programs.
• Strong ABA, program management, and clinical skills required.
• Excellent written and spoken communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual skills valued.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite case supervisor and leader for ABA programs.
• Develop and oversee clinical programs; supervise Behavior Interventionists (BIs).
• Provide education and training for client caregivers.
• Willingness to drive 30–60 miles daily; supervise sessions 8am–7pm on weekdays, with occasional weekends.
