PBS Corp. in California seeks a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support the professional growth of teams.

This role requires active licensure and BCaBA certification or higher, with the ability to lead programs, align regional efforts, and maintain regulatory compliance. You will supervise staff, manage scheduling, ensure documentation accuracy, and foster ethical clinical standards across the organization.

• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.

Individuals in this role must demonstrate strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and a commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

Required Credentials

Program Managers must hold active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements and/or maintain certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher. Additional state specific credentials may be required depending on service location.
