PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager in California to oversee high‑quality service delivery and coordinate regional teams.

You will ensure continuity of care and support professional growth while maintaining clinical and ethical standards in line with licensure requirements. Active state licensure and BCaBA certification (or higher) are required, with additional credentials possible depending on location.

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.

Required Credentials

Program Managers must hold active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements and/or maintain certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher. Additional state specific credentials may be required depending on service location.
