Responsibilities include overseeing program implementation, coordinating with regional teams, ensuring compliance with licensure and certification, managing scheduling and staffing, and maintaining documentation.

• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.

Program Managers at PBS Corp. are responsible for overseeing and coordinating high quality service delivery, ensuring continuity of care, and supporting the professional growth of their teams. Individuals in this role must demonstrate strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and a commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

Required Credentials

Program Managers must hold active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements and/or maintain certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher. Additional state specific credentials may be required depending on service location.
