Job summary

PBS Corp. in Encinitas, CA is seeking a Program Manager to oversee program delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team development.

You will apply clinical judgment, lead regional coordination, and ensure adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards. You will manage scheduling, documentation, and compliance, mentor supervisees, and uphold licensure and certification requirements while driving quality service across assigned clients and teams.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure per local requirements or BCaBA or higher.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.

Individuals in this role must demonstrate strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and a commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

Required Credentials

Program Managers must hold active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements and/or maintain certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher. Additional state specific credentials may be required depending on service location.
