Job summary

PBS Corp. in California seeks a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high quality service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and supporting team growth.

The role requires strong clinical judgement and organizational leadership, with licensure or BCaBA certification and state-specific credentials.

You will lead cross-regional collaboration, ensure compliance, and drive performance through staffing, documentation, and development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification is required.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation - including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms - is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.

Required Credentials: Program Managers must hold active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements and/or maintain certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher. Additional state specific credentials may be required depending on service location.
