Job summary

PBS Corp. in California is seeking a Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team development. The role requires strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.'s standards.

You will coordinate with regional teams, manage scheduling and staffing, and ensure all required documentation is completed on time. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA certification at least.
• Bachelor's degree with twelve ABA units and one year supervisory ABA experience.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
