Qualifications

• Active state licensure as required and/or BCaBA or higher.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 ABA units and 1+ year supervisory ABA experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams for efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
