PBS Corp. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team growth. You will lead clinical and organizational initiatives while upholding PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence, with bilingual English/Spanish applicants encouraged.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, staff development, and efficient program operations across assigned regions, with a focus on quality service delivery and ethical practice.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA or higher.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 ABA units and 1 year supervisory ABA experience.
• State-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed accurately.
• Mentor and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification.
