BK Behavior is seeking caring individuals to provide in-home ABA services that empower children with Autism to grow and thrive. You’ll work with a clinical team to implement skill-building plans and support families in the community.

No prior experience is required and paid training is provided. This is a part-time opportunity with flexible afternoon/evening hours, ideal for students or those seeking part-time work while making a meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as a member of our clinical team for skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
