BK Behavior is seeking part-time ABA support professionals to work in clients' homes or community locations. No prior experience is required, and paid training is provided.

You will deliver one-on-one ABA services, support skill-building, record data, and collaborate with families and other providers to improve treatment outcomes. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a passion for helping children with Autism, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
