Northwood School in New Hampshire is seeking an ABA paraprofessional to support students in our NECC autism program for the 2026–2027 school year. The role involves assisting with academic, behavioral, and social development under supervision.

A college degree and prior behavioral training or experience are preferred, but not required, with additional training provided. We offer a competitive pay scale and benefits, with a full-time 37-hour work week during the school year.

NECC Paraprofessional – Immediate Opening

Northwood Elementary School has an immediate opening for a Paraprofessional to work with students in our New England Center for Children (NECC) autism program, for the 2026–2027 school year.

We are looking for a caring, dependable, and dedicated individual who enjoys working with students and is committed to supporting their academic, behavioral, and social development. A college degree and prior behavioral training or experience are preferred, but not required. Additional training will be provided to support you in your role.

Position Details:

• Monday through Friday
• 37 hours per week
• School-year position
• Additional summer hours may be available
• Position is part of the Support Staff Bargaining Unit
