Job summary

Heartland ABA in Lincoln is seeking dedicated individuals for part-time ABA roles in clients' homes and community settings. Location: Lincoln. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:30pm–7:30pm. Pay: $17–$25 per hour, based on experience.

We offer full paid training and no prior experience is required. This position supports families and empowers children with autism in the local community. Responsibilities include delivering one-on-one ABA services, recording session data, and collaborating with families

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable method of transportation.
• Must complete the 40 Hour RBT Training before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• All positions start off part-time.
• Required to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required
