Job summary

Behavior Teaching Concepts is seeking an ABA Line Technician to work directly with clients from 18 months to adult, implementing individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision. You will help teach communication, social skills, and adaptive behavior in a structured, supportive environment with opportunities to travel between service sites.

The role requires compassionate, reliable communication, and the ability to collaborate with families, schools, and other therapists while collecting

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, Speech and Hearing Services, or related fields.
• Experience with Autism is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 care with clients ages 18 months to adult.
• Implement behavior reduction and acquisition treatment plans developed by BCBA.
• Accompany clients on community and social outings.
• Collaborate with parents, schools, and other therapists.
• Collect, record, and summarize data.
