Behavior Teaching Concepts is seeking enthusiastic ABA Line Technicians to support children with autism under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized treatment plans, reinforce communication, social, and adaptive skills, and participate in data collection in a structured setting.
You will work 18 months to adult, provide 1:1 care, and may travel between service locations with reliable transportation. A High School Diploma or GED is required; bachelor's in related fields is preferred.

We seek enthusiastic and compassionate ABA Line Technicians to join our team. As an ABA Line Technician, you will work directly with children to implement individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). You will help teach and reinforce essential skills such as communication, social interaction, and adaptive behavior in a supportive, fun, and structured environment.
