Job summary

Behavior Teaching Concepts, LLC is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate ABA Line Technicians to work directly with children, implementing individualized treatment plans. Candidates should have effective communication skills in both Spanish and English and be able to build rapport with clients.

The role involves direct support to clients, teaching essential skills, and collaborating with parents and schools. The position offers benefits such as health insurance and professional development assistance.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish and English.
• Previous experience with Autism is preferred.
• Compassionate and caring demeanor.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to lift and carry clients with adaptive equipment (up to 50 pounds).
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License & insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1-1 care with clients aged 18 months to adults.
• Implement behavior reduction and acquisition treatment plans.
• Collaborate with parents, schools, and other therapists.
• Collect, record, and summarize data.
