PBS Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support professional growth of teams.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure required.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and one year ABA experience.
• Graduate from a WA state approved program under WAC 246-805-210 with 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics.
• Complete a supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all required documentation—E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
