Job summary

Behaven Kids in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking an outgoing ABA Outreach & Intake Coordinator to connect with physicians and families, explain services, and guide enrollment into our ABA program.

This full-time role combines community outreach with family support, handling intake paperwork, coordinating with clinical and administrative teams, and helping families navigate the process toward care, with a base hourly rate plus commission.

• Experience in sales, healthcare outreach, intake, customer service, or a related field preferred.

Behaven Kids is seeking an outgoing, organized, and results-driven ABA Outreach & Intake Coordinator. This role combines community outreach with family support: you will introduce our ABA services to physicians and other referral sources, then guide interested families through the intake process and toward enrollment.

Compensation

This position offers an hourly base plus commission, providing consistent base pay and the opportunity to earn additional compensation through performance. Commission terms and performance expectations will be explained during the interview process.
