Job summary

The Therapy Research Autism Center (TRAC) seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and support the delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. You will work closely with clinical leadership, HR, finance, and administrative teams to ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and high-quality client services.

Responsibilities include coordinating activities, staffing, credentialing, audits, and performance reporting, while maintaining HIPAA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, Management, HR, or related field preferred.
• Experience in healthcare operations, behavioral health, or ABA services preferred.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily operational and administrative activities.
• Support efficient delivery of ABA services across programs and locations.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership on staffing, scheduling, and service priorities.
• Monitor employee productivity, attendance, scheduling, and performance.
• Coordinate with HR on recruitment, onboarding, and staff relations.
