Job summary

Heartland ABA is hiring a Pediatric Growth Champion – RBT / Behavior Specialist in Denver, CO. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services, support clients toward goals, and join a collaborative clinical team providing structured care plans.

RBT certification is required prior to work. Positions start part-time with opportunities for growth and paid training to develop skills with behavior analysis for children with Autism.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• Ability to provide in-home or community-based ABA services.
• Willingness to learn and support children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
