Heartland ABA is seeking a Pediatric Growth Champion – RBT / Behavior Specialist to join our team in Denver, CO. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community locations, implementing behavior plans and recording data with accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and compassionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Act as part of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Engage families and maintain a positive learning environment.
