Job summary

Pediatrics Plus seeks an ABA Student Analyst to gain hands-on experience while completing fieldwork hours under a BCBA. You will work with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities in home, clinic, or community settings, contributing to direct intervention and data collection while pursuing BCBA certification.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, attend supervision meetings, and help implement skill-building programs in line with individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Certified by BACB as RBT.
• Graduate student in ABA pursuing BCBA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral intervention to clients in home, clinic, or community settings.
• Assist in conducting FBAs, preference assessments, and other assessments under BCBA supervision.
• Develop and modify BIPs and treatment goals aligned with client needs.
• Collect, record, and analyze data; prepare reports and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Attend supervision meetings with a BCBA to review progress and competencies.
• Maintain accurate client records and comply with policies and ethical guidelines.
