aba360 is seeking compassionate individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations in New Jersey. This part-time role starts with flexible afternoons and evenings, ideal for students or caregivers.

You will work with the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans, track progress, and engage families to boost treatment effectiveness. No prior experience is required, but reliability and a genuine passion to help matter.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping individuals with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Work as part of our clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to improve treatment effectiveness.
