Job summary

ABA360 is seeking DSPs to provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in Butler, NJ, at clients' homes or community locations. These roles start part-time and offer flexible afternoon/evening hours. You will support independence and positive behavior through evidence-based interventions, and collaborate with families and the clinical team.

No prior experience is required, making this an ideal entry point into psychology. Same Day Pay is available, letting you access wages after clocking out.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping individuals with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
