Job summary

All About Kids, Inc. is seeking a Special Education Teacher/Special Instructor (ABA) to deliver education and therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities in diverse settings. You will design IEPs, implement ABA strategies, and work closely with families and a multidisciplinary team to support each child’s growth.

The role requires NY SPED certification and experience with ABA; competitive compensation and a supportive work environment are offered.

Qualifications

• MA/MS and NYS SPED certification required.
• Special Education Permanent Certificate or equivalent.
• Birth to Grade 2 or related certs (SWD, TSSLD, DoB) as applicable.
• ABA training 10–12 hours or willingness to be trained.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement IEPs and behavior plans for students with autism and other disabilities.
• Provide instruction in classroom, therapy room, and community settings.
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, and behavior analysts.
• Develop ABA-based interventions addressing behaviors and skills.
• Maintain accurate progress records and program effectiveness.
• Communicate with families and team members for collaboration.
