Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking a school-based Behavioral Interventionist to support student growth and success. You will implement individualized behavior plans, monitor progress, and collect data in a structured school environment.

You'll collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure consistency and help create supportive learning environments. Minimum 2 years with children and ABA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children, preferably with special needs.
• 2+ years of experience in a comparable role, with demonstrated experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and monitor progress.
• Collect data to guide instruction and adjust strategies as needed.
