ABA360 seeks compassionate individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in clients' homes or community settings. You will support independence through evidence-based interventions and collaborate with families as part of a clinical care team.

No experience is required, with BK Academy training and tuition discounts available to help you pursue Registered Behavior Technician certification and advance in the ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in ABA services.
• Patience and compassion when working with children and families.
• Reliable transportation to client locations and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans under supervision.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and collaborate with families and providers.
