ABA360 in New Jersey is seeking compassionate individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in clients' homes or community locations. You will join a dedicated clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans and record session data using electronic devices.

No prior experience is required, and BK Academy training is available. The role offers part-time hours with potential for advancement and flexible scheduling to fit student commitments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation and dependable schedule are expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as a core member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
