ABA360 is seeking entry-level professionals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community sites on a part-time basis. You will contribute to independence and positive behavior under supervision, while gaining hands-on experience in the ABA field.

No prior experience is required, and BK Academy offers training to help you obtain Registered Behavior Technician credentials. Expect after-school availability and potential weekend hours in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as a core member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to improve treatment effectiveness.
