ABA360 seeks compassionate individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, supporting independence and positive behavior. You will work as part of our clinical team, using evidence-based interventions and recording data on devices.

No prior experience is required, with BK Academy training and tuition discounts available. This part-time role offers flexible after-school hours and a path toward RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Reliable transportation and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to improve treatment effectiveness.
