Job summary

ABA360 in New Jersey is seeking an entry-level Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, promoting independence and positive behavior. You will join a dedicated clinical team, record session data, and collaborate with families to maximize treatment effectiveness.

Typical schedule is after-school hours with additional weekend hours available; no experience is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Support independence and positive behavior using evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team and implement care plans.
