ABA360 in Monroe, NJ is seeking a Direct Support Professional to work with a 19-year-old with autism. No prior experience required; after-school hours and Saturday options available, with part-time commitment and opportunities for growth within ABA.

You will provide one-on-one ABA services, support independence, record session data, and collaborate with families and the clinical team. BK Academy training and tuition discounts are offered to help you advance in the field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
