Job summary

Advance Kids' Kala No Limits program is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide in-home and community ABA crisis intervention. You will work under clinical supervision, implement behavior plans, collect data, and respond to escalations across client sites in Sacramento area.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel to 1–3 locations daily; evenings or weekends may be required. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance.
• Ability to travel to 1–3 client locations per day.
• Ability to pass background clearance and reference checks.
• Must be able to work Monday–Friday with potential evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA crisis intervention services.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under clinical direction.
• Use ABA strategies to reduce behavioral escalation and support skill development.
• Collect accurate behavioral data during all sessions.
• Support clients experiencing developmental disabilities and mental health challenges.
• Travel to multiple client locations daily (mileage reimbursed between shifts).
• Communicate regularly with clinical supervisors regarding progress, concerns, and treatment needs.
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development.
• Support advancement opportunities including RBT certification and internal career growth.
