Job summary

MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy in East Lansing seeks an ABA Coordinator to coach behavior technicians and advance ABA services within the clinic. You will collaborate with Speech/Occupational/Physical Therapists and support a multidisciplinary team in a community-centered practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• RBT certification required.
• Preferred enrollment in Verified Course Sequence as identified by ABAI for BCBA certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete new hire technician training.
• Communicate training progress with team and resolve barriers.
• Provide ongoing support for behavior technicians.
• Conduct fidelity and IOA checks monthly and report progress.
• Hold RBT study sessions for technicians preparing for the RBT exam.
• Assist technicians in obtaining RBT certification within 90 days.
• Assist ABA Manager with annual RBT competency evaluations.
• Provide feedback for performance reviews.
• Maintain monthly RBT supervision logs.
• Maintain all mandatory core certifications and licenses.
• Review BT/RBT notes for content and accuracy.
• Coordinate with support staff on attendance and scheduling.
• Attend all ABA staff meetings and Coordination of Care meetings.
• Assist with opening/closing the center and materials prep.
• Train clients on IPOS and assist with EMR audits.
