Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, Behavior Analysis, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in ABA or related clinical field.
• Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

Responsabilités

• Conduct prospective, concurrent, and retrospective reviews of ABA services.
• Evaluate testing and assessment tools for ABA therapy appropriateness.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all review types per contract requirements.
• Manage daily workload and review queues to meet departmental demands.
• Collaborate with the Supervisor on quality monitoring activities and improvement.
