Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as LBA or LMHP per state requirements.
• At least 1 year of ABA supervisory experience.
• Minimum 2,000 hours of supervised clinical experience with ASD.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision for a caseload of 8 children and direct oversight of 10 team members in the intensive ABA program.
• Ensure individualized treatment plans are implemented with fidelity and aligned with best practices.
• Maintain Fraser standards, licensure requirements, and ethical guidelines.
