• Licensed professional per list: LBA or LMHP (LMFT, LICSW, APRN, LP, or LPCC).
• 1+ year of ABA supervisory experience preferred.
• 2,000 hours of supervised clinical experience in ASD or related condition.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision for a caseload of 8 children.
• Direct oversight of 10 team members in the intensive ABA program.
• Ensure treatment plans are implemented with fidelity and aligned with best practices.
• Maintain Fraser standards, licensure requirements, and ethical guidelines.
