360 Behavioral Health is seeking an Assistant Clinical Supervisor II for part-time engagement in Merced, CA. You will carry a caseload, supervise technicians, and mentor staff while advancing your Master’s studies.

The role emphasizes leadership development, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and high-quality clinical program oversight, with opportunities to grow into a clinical leadership position.

Qualifications

• 2+ years ABA experience (desired).
• 1+ year supervisory experience including staff training and evaluations.
• Expertise in assessment and intervention strategies.
• Strong report writing and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Carry a caseload and meet billable service requirements, including supervision hours and direct service delivery.
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians, including training, feedback, and parent coaching.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans; ensure accurate documentation and HIPAA compliance.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and special projects as needed.
