The Basics Of This Opportunity
- Base Compensation: $29.00 - $35.25 per hour based on experience, skills, and geography
- Bonus: Attainable monthly bonus opportunity ($35,000+ in your first three years)!
- Benefits Highlights: Opportunity for supervision hours, study support, training, 13 days off annually, PTO, and accrual from Day 1
- Initial Onboarding: 60+ hours of comprehensive training in the first 3-4 weeks, including clinical practices, using Central Reach, goal writing, clinical problem solving, CPT codes, telehealth assessments. Weekly office hours or 1:1 support available.
- Education & Mentorship: Monthly CEUs and an annual in-house conference with leading researchers
- Flexible Schedule: Mon-Fri, mornings to 6:30pm most nights, 2-3 evenings until 8:30pm (extra pay), no Saturday work unless scheduled

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervise and evaluate client programs, provide parent education, conduct assessments, and solve clinical problems
- Support and mentor behavior technicians, coordinate client visits, and provide coaching
- Ensure clinical prescriptions are followed, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports
- Balance intervention with supervision, adapt to challenges, and manage caseloads
- Support staff productivity, assist in evaluations, and support parents and technicians in urgent situations
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, ABA, or related field
- Enrolled in or obtaining BCBA certification hours, preferred
- At least one year of clinical program management experience under supervision
- Additional onboarding requirements include fingerprinting, TB test, physical, and immunities to MMR/VZV, paid for by us
