The Basics Of This Opportunity
- Base Compensation: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour based on experience, skills, and geography
- Bonus: Attainable monthly/quarterly bonus opportunity ($35,000+ in your first three years)!

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervise and evaluate client programs, provide parent education, conduct assessments, and ensure client progress under BCBA guidance
- Support and mentor behavior technicians, coordinate client visits, and provide clinical coaching
- Ensure clinical prescriptions are followed, maintain accurate records, and deliver progress reports and treatment plans
- Balance direct intervention with supervisory duties, adapt to challenges, and manage caseloads flexibly
- Support staff productivity, assist in performance evaluations, and help parents and technicians during urgent situations
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, ABA, or related field (required)
- Enrolled in or pursuing BCBA certification (preferred)
- At least one year of clinical program management experience under supervision
- Note: Position requires fingerprinting, TB test, physical exam, and immunities to MMR/VZV, which we will cover
