Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is seeking an ABA Program Manager in Pittsburg, CA to lead clinical leaders and support providers delivering evidence-based ABA services. You will coach Behavior Specialists, supervise field work, and drive treatment fidelity across home, school, and community settings.

The role emphasizes mentorship, BCBA credential progression, and a strong learning culture with tuition support and clinical training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 2+ years ABA experience or 1 year + 12 ABA units or BCBA eligibility.
• Pursuing BCBA certification or equivalent credential.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support Behavior Specialists through in-field coaching, feedback, and evaluation.
• Conduct home and community visits to ensure fidelity of clinical programming.
• Provide individualized parent education aligned with treatment goals.
• Monitor documentation quality, lesson plans, and service utilization.
• Collaborate with Training and Operations teams to improve practice.
