Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is seeking a dedicated ABA Program Supervisor for center and home-based services in Fremont, CA. This Clinical Leader will coach Behavior Specialists, conduct home visits, and ensure high-quality program delivery across settings toward BCBA progression.

You will work within a supportive infrastructure that includes in-house clinical training, tuition assistance, and structured mentorship, with opportunities to advance clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Relevant ABA experience is required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• 2+ years of related experience or 1 year + 12 ABA units or BCBA/BCaBA certification qualifies you.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support Behavior Specialists through in-field coaching, feedback, and evaluation.
• Conduct home and community visits to ensure fidelity of clinical programming.
• Provide parent education aligned with treatment goals.
• Monitor documentation quality, lesson plans, and service utilization.
• Collaborate with Training and Operations teams to support clinical outcomes.
