Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is seeking a Clinical Leader in California to mentor Behavior Specialists, oversee field supervision, and advance clinical quality toward BCBA certification. You will conduct home and community visits, ensure fidelity of programs, and partner with training and operations to strengthen care.

The role emphasizes structured supervision, data-driven practice, and leadership development with tuition support and a clear pathway toward BCBA credentials.

Qualifications

• Coaches and supports Behavior Specialists through in-field coaching, feedback, and performance evaluation.
• Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavior modification.
• Strong collaboration with Training and Operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support Behavior Specialists through in-field coaching, feedback, and performance evaluation.
