Job summary

North Arrow ABA is seeking a Clinical Director to lead an established Petoskey/Traverse City center, supervising BCBAs and maintaining high-quality care for clients with autism. The role blends clinical leadership with budget oversight and strategic expansion, with relocation support and a strong employee-owner culture.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's in ABA, BCBA certification, and at least five years in ABA, including three in a director role.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or equivalent field.
• Current BACB-BCBA certification required.
• At least five years of experience in ABA, including treatment of individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
• At least three years in a Clinical Director or similar leadership role.
• Experience with business aspects of ABA service delivery and budgeting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to set regional clinical and business objectives.
• Oversee behavioral assessments and treatment programs to ensure high quality, ethical practices.
• Mentor clinicians to grow clinical skills.
• Lead a positive team culture with emphasis on work-life balance.
• Supervise BCBA candidates' supervision hours.
• Manage the region's budget including staff salaries and operating costs.
• Ensure adherence to BACB Ethical Standards.
