Job summary

North Arrow ABA seeks a Clinical Director to lead our Petoskey region’s clinical center, reporting to a Regional Clinical Director. You will oversee therapeutic services for clients, manage a small BCBA/therapy team, and ensure outcomes align with clinical quality and the business plan.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or equivalent field required.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Minimum five (5) years ABA experience and three (3) years in Clinical Director or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee therapeutic needs of clients in the clinical center and achieve clinical quality objectives while meeting the center’s financial plan.
• Manage a small caseload and supervise BCBA candidates and staff.
• Mentor clinicians, model positive team environment, and ensure ethical practices.
