Ability Builders ABA Co seeks a BCBA Clinical Director to oversee clinical operations in a Sandy Springs, GA facility. You will report to the President/CEO and lead clinical staff while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

Responsibilities include clinical leadership, policy development, and ensuring accurate, lawful clinic billings. The role requires a strong ethics mindset, HIPAA confidentiality, and a commitment to high-quality care.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Georgia licensure to practice.
• 5+ years in behavioral health/ABA.
• Experience in healthcare management and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical staff and mentor teams.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations (HIPAA, JCAHO where applicable).
• Develop and implement clinical policies and oversee billings for legality.
